Public offer for the MacroFood service
Version of 28.10.2026. This is a translation; the Russian version is binding.
1. General
1.1. This is a public offer (Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) to enter into an agreement for the services of MacroFood. Provider: the self-employed individual Igor Igorevich Vorogushin, TIN 540542920600, professional income tax payer (the Provider).
1.2. The MacroFood service (the Service) is the website https://ru.macrofood.my and the Android app. It estimates the calories, protein, fat and carbs of a meal from a photo using artificial intelligence.
1.3. By paying for a plan the user (the Customer) fully accepts this offer; the agreement is concluded at the moment of payment. By using the Service the Customer also agrees to the Privacy policy: https://ru.macrofood.my/privacy
2. Service
2.1. The basic daily limit of analyses is free for everyone; its size may change. A plan is a higher daily limit for the chosen period; plans and prices are listed on https://ru.macrofood.my.
2.2. The service is provided electronically: the limit is raised right after payment in the account used to sign in. The period starts at the moment of payment, unused analyses of a day do not carry over, paying again for the same plan extends the period. If the limit was not raised, write to support: we will check the payment and credit the limit or refund the money.
3. Payment
3.1. Prices are in roubles as shown on https://ru.macrofood.my at the moment of payment, no VAT (professional income tax). Card payments go through Robokassa (the Provider has no access to card details); the receipt is sent to the email given.
3.2. No automatic renewal or recurring charges.
4. Refunds
4.1. The Customer may cancel by writing to support: we refund the unused days of the plan. If the service was not provided through the Provider's fault (limit not credited, the Service was down), we refund in full.
4.2. Disagreement with an estimate is not an error in itself: the result is probabilistic (clause 5.1).
4.3. Refunds are made by the same method as the payment, usually within 10 business days; crediting time depends on the bank.
5. Analysis results
5.1. Estimates are produced by external artificial intelligence services: they are approximate, for reference only and not medical or dietary advice. The Service is not a medical device and is not suitable for diagnosis, treatment or calculating medication doses (e.g. insulin); with medical conditions or special dietary needs, consult a doctor.
5.2. The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy of the estimates and is not liable for decisions based on them.
6. Rules and liability
6.1. The Service may not be used for illegal purposes, to bypass its limits or protection, to send automated bulk requests or to upload materials that infringe the rights of others. If this is violated, access may be restricted.
6.2. The Service is provided “as is”. The Provider is not liable for interruptions caused by third-party services (messengers, sign-in services, AI providers, payment services), networks or other circumstances beyond its control. The Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid for the plan the claim relates to.
7. Contact, disputes and changes
7.1. Requests and claims — in the support chat in the Service (in settings — «Contact support») or via the contacts at https://ru.macrofood.my/contacts; we reply within 10 business days. Disputes are settled by negotiation, failing which — under the laws of the Russian Federation.
7.2. The Provider may change this offer; a new version is published at https://ru.macrofood.my/offer with its date. Plans already paid for stay on the terms in force at the moment of payment.
