Consent to personal data processing
Version of 28.10.2026. This is a translation; the Russian version is binding.
I, a user of MacroFood (https://ru.macrofood.my), freely, of my own will and in my own interest, consent to the Provider of the MacroFood service (the Operator) processing my personal data on the terms below. The Operator's details and contacts are given in the public offer: https://ru.macrofood.my/offer.
1. What data
Yandex ID or VK ID profile data: id, first and last name, login; a fingerprint of my phone number — if I allow it to be shared. Email for the receipt — when paying on the website. Photo captions and support messages. Analysis history, settings, daily limit and purchases. Technical data when signing in on the website: browser and device.
2. Purposes
Signing in; analyzing food photos and sending the result; keeping track of the daily limit and payments; sending the receipt; answering support requests; protecting the service from abuse.
3. Actions with the data
Collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, use, transfer (provision) to the parties in section 4, deletion and destruction — by automated means. Decisions with legal consequences are not made solely on the basis of automated processing.
4. Who receives the data
• Yandex ID (Yandex LLC) and VK ID (VK LLC) — signing in.
• Robokassa — payments on the website: amount and email for the receipt.
• AppMetrica (Yandex LLC) — crash reports from the RuStore Android app, without profile data.
To recognize the dish, the artificial intelligence technology provider receives only the photo without metadata and its caption — no profile data (id, name, @username).
5. Term and withdrawal
The consent is valid while I use the service or until I withdraw it. To withdraw it, write to support in the service or use the contacts in the offer. After withdrawal the Operator deletes the data within 30 days, except payment records, which are kept as long as the law requires.
6. How the consent is given
Ticking “I consent to the processing of personal data” in the payment form on the website means that I have read this consent and the Privacy policy (https://ru.macrofood.my/privacy) and give my consent.
